Who We Are
M Incorporated Attorneys was established in February 2007, its founders building on their experience as lawyers with general, commercial and corporate expertise.
Our founders grew up in the previously-disadvantaged communities of South Africa, cut their teeth in arguably the most demanding entrepreneurial business sectors in our newly progressive country, and continue to see the new South Africa as an endless sea of opportunity.
Through our passion for finding the best legal solutions, we have inspired our attorneys and candidate attorneys to become a progressive and visionary team second to none. We bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh dynamic. Our client-centric approach augmented by a technological sensibility aims to create ever more efficient legal solutions.
We believe that the key to our success has always been in the appreciation of our strengths and weaknesses, and constant strive to develop our skills so that we may serve clients with innovative perspectives and insights.
Where We Are
We have conveniently located legal offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our legal footprint spans two major hubs and jurisdictional areas, and we serve clients nationally.
We have suitable and fully equipped legal infrastructure at both our offices to cater for our client needs.
TEAM PLAYERS
We have a competent, experienced and qualified legal team comprising both attorneys and candidate attorneys. Our legal team are constantly attending workshops and training to continue expanding our horizons.
Despite having two offices thousands of kilometers apart, our team share information and work together to ensure the best legal outcome.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Reputational risk for both ourselves and our clients remains a priority. We have implemented various mechanisms to ensure compliance. We have centralized offices, a 24-hour IT support team, telephone recordings and quality assurance, email and online tracking and monitoring in order to preserve both our own and our clients’ integrity.

We value our client relationships and continue to engage in an active, hands-on and supportive way. Our entire team is responsive and client-orientated. First we listen. Then we listen some more. We believe that no two challenges are the same and the key to solving them successfully lies in understanding our clients intimately.
EASY TO MANAGE BILLING
We have advanced legal software which manages client accounts and billing effectively, enabling us to create specific and individualized reporting and feedback mechanisms as per client specification.
BUILT-IN DIGITAL SERVICES
We have access to various electronic legal platforms ensuring that the latest legal information is available to us immediately.
We currently interface with several of our clients over secure online legal platforms wherein we communicate, report and provide updates to them directly.
FLEXIBLE MEETINGS
Our legal team will welcome clients to our offices and also travel and consult with clients at their respective offices. Whilst meeting our clients in person is preferable, we can also complete much of our work online or over email, phone or video conferencing. Our legal team has continued to take advantage of technological solutions to provide an ever more efficient and seamless legal service.
